Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and complete the three-step form — account details (name, username, date of birth, password), contact details (mobile number, email, city), and confirmation of terms. The whole process takes under 3 minutes. You'll receive an SMS OTP to verify your mobile number, after which your bk11 account is fully active. The minimum age to register and use bk11 is 18 years old. By completing registration, you confirm that you are at least 18. bk11 may request identity documents (CNIC or passport) to verify your age at any stage. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 are closed immediately and any balance is returned.

No. bk11 operates a strict one account per person policy. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and can result in both accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your existing account credentials, use the forgot password option on the Login page or contact bk11 support.

You can register, deposit and play without immediately uploading documents. However, bk11 will request KYC verification — typically a photo or scan of your CNIC — before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is standard practice across all legitimate betting platforms and protects both you and bk11 against fraud. Have your CNIC ready so you can complete KYC quickly when prompted.

Log in to your bk11 account and go to Account Settings > Personal Details. You can update your mobile number and email address there. For security, any mobile number change requires verification of both the old and new numbers via SMS OTP. You can request permanent account closure by emailing support@bk11.life from your registered email address. Before closing your account, ensure you have withdrawn your remaining balance. If your reason for closing is related to gambling concerns, we strongly recommend considering self-exclusion first — it keeps your funds available while pausing your access. Account closures are processed within 5 business days.
Login & Password

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. bk11 will send a reset code via SMS or email within a few minutes. Enter the code, set a new password and you're back in. The full reset takes about 3 minutes. If you have 2FA enabled in Account Settings, or if bk11 detects an unusual login attempt (new device or location), a 6-digit code is sent to your registered mobile number. Deposits & Payments

First, wait the expected processing time for your payment method (up to 2 hours for IBFT). No. bk11 requires all deposits to be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account (another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account) is against bk11's Terms and Conditions. This rule also applies to withdrawals — funds must be returned to the same account used for deposits. This policy protects everyone from fraud and money laundering.
Withdrawals

Log in to your bk11 account, go to the Cashier section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, IBFT, etc.), enter the amount (minimum Rs 500), confirm the destination account details and submit.
